Lead complex ERP integration projects as an expert Technical Project Manager. Focus on providing exceptional support, ensuring data accuracy and seamless transitions within a remote-first team.

As part of the Professional Services team, you will manage ERP integrations, acting as the technical expert that bridges customer needs with successful execution. You’ll work closely with Implementation and Support teams, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, with a strong focus on client requirements. By documenting workflows and troubleshooting complex issues, you will facilitate the technical integrity of each integration.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee ERP integration project management • Provide expert technical consulting for stakeholders • Develop and maintain key project documentation • Create integration diagrams and define processes • Resolve technical integration challenges and oversee accuracy

Requirements: • 3+ years in a comparable technical project role • Solid expertise in ERP integration processes • Familiar with testing tools like Postman and APIs • Knowledge of JSON, XML, and basic SQL • Can read and interpret technical scripts
