This co-op role is designed for undergraduate students pursuing Geology or Engineering disciplines with a geotechnical focus. You will manage instrumentation performance, analyze operational data, and assist in compliance audits. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will tackle innovative projects that enhance tailings facility performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs • Manage GeoExplorer Software instrumentation • Analyze data for operational planning • Support dam safety inspections and data collection • Assist with geotechnical equipment troubleshooting
Requirements: • Pursuing a degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or Civil Engineering • Valid Class 5 Driver's License required • Strong communication skills for complex ideas • Experience with Microsoft Office applications • Understanding of Geotechnical concepts essential
