Job Description
The Marketing Manager supports the shaping and execution of the strategic marketing vision for TD Wealth Financial Planning & Private Wealth Management Advisor Marketing. The role focuses on driving key initiatives that support advisor success, promote business growth, and strengthen client relationships by enabling advisors to attract, acquire, and retain clients through advanced marketing capabilities, particularly in digital enablement, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at empowering TD Wealth advisors and fostering business growth. Ensure all tactics and initiatives across platforms, channels, and content align with a cohesive, long‑term advisor marketing vision.
- Oversee advisor marketing platforms, both digital and traditional, to maintain consistency, cohesion, and alignment. Collaborate closely with the Advisor Marketing team to enhance advisor value and support platform adoption objectives.
- Lead high‑impact initiatives that enhance advisor marketing through new enablement tools. Act as the primary marketing strategy liaison across key partners involved in the NEW Journey, G&C;, L&C;, and vendor management to manage risk and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive capability development and innovation by championing the introduction and adoption of new marketing tools for advisors,
including leading pilot programs and proof‑of‑concept projects to test innovative approaches before wider implementation.
- Develop tools, resources, marketing tactics, and presentations to support and promote capabilities to be leveraged by advisors and team members.
- Promote knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, and training to elevate marketing effectiveness.

- Self‑motivated with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders within the organization.
- Detail‑oriented execution, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management sectors.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualified certifications or designations required.
- At least 7 years of experience within the financial industry.
