Steer people management strategies as a Chief People Officer. Emphasize employee engagement, diversity, and compliance while leading a high-impact HR agenda in a hybrid work setting.

This leadership position involves directing the organization's entire HR strategy while engaging with Executive personnel and the Board. You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment with organizational goals through exceptional people management practices. The CPO focuses on fostering a positive culture, driving engagement initiatives, and overseeing compliance and operational processes in HR services.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead all HR initiatives and compliance efforts • Oversee employee engagement and wellness programs • Advise on talent strategy and workforce planning • Collaborate with Board for governance and best practices • Manage HR team training and development

Requirements: • University Degree or equivalent experience • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience • 5+ years in a leadership role • Experience working directly with Board of Directors • Knowledge of employment laws and HR analytics
