Flexibility in scheduling is key, including night shifts and weekend visits, necessitating travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct training and supervision of team members
• Ensure timely completion of work orders
• Liaise with clients to resolve performance issues
• Conduct regular onsite quality inspections
• Enforce compliance with operational standards
Requirements:
• 3-4 years in people management roles
• 2 years experience in janitorial cleaning
• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Solid accountability and leadership skills
