Reporting to the Manager of Payroll Operations, this position requires a dedicated professional with a passion for precision. You will manage payroll for both hourly and salary employees, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. Exceptional attention to detail is vital for processing deductions, taxes, and termination payments accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and reconcile payroll data with high accuracy
• Process earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings
• Review and confirm payroll accuracy,
addressing issues proactively
• Complete transactions in Workday for payroll processing
• Manage 3rd party payment processing accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience required
• PCP designation is an asset, but not mandatory
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Workday and Kronos preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service focus
