Must Have

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration

5+ years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies

5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI

Experience in OBIEE and Power BI report development

Nice Have

Experience with grants management is an asset

Responsibilities Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications.

Develop detailed programming specifications

Write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests

Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software implementation, conversion, and migration, providing technical assistance

Experience and Skill Set Requirements Siebel Development Skills – (40%)

10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration

5+ years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies

5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI

3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 focusing on configuration and development

Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects

Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates





Experience using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods

Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification

Experience with Siebel Open UI architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations

Experience in UI integration (embedding external applications in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external applications)

Experience with configuring Siebel migration applications

Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager

Report Development Skills – (35%)

Experience in OBIEE and Power BI report development

Experience in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript

Working knowledge of Open UI concepts—PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files

Soft Skills – (20%)

Robust communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Demonstrated ability to work with functional and technical teams; participate in a large team and work closely with individual members

Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving

Strong ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive timelines, and adapt to change

Displays problem‑solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems

Public Sector Experience – (5%)

Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService is an asset

Experience with grants management is an asset
