We are seeking a provenautomotive quality leaderto drive enterprise-wide quality across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape quality strategy, lead a corporate QA team, and serve as the key voice of quality for both customers and suppliers.What You’ll DoLead and develop the Corporate QA function across all sitesEnsure compliance with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 standardsDrive product quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesOversee supplier quality, audits, and performance improvementAct as the primary customer quality contact, managing escalations with confidenceWhy This Role Timing is ideal to onboard, build relationships, and prepare for upcomingIATF audits (Sept–Dec)and amajor product launch in October.



You’ll have the runway to assess operations and make meaningful impact.What You Bring (Must-Have)Deep automotive industry experience is required (non-automotive backgrounds will not be considered)10+ years in quality, including 5+ years in automotive quality leadershipStrong working knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, Control Plans, and IATF auditsProven ability to lead across multiple sites and influence suppliersConfident communicator—able to engage executives and shop floor teams alikeExperience navigating supplier challenges and driving resolutionAdditional DetailsTravel required (U.S. & Canada) for site visits and supplier engagementDegree required; certifications (CQM, VDA, IATF Lead Auditor) are a plusExperience with Class A surface products is an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
