Be a key player in radiology imaging as a PACS/RIS Analyst. Provide robust technical support, perform proactive maintenance, and train staff on critical diagnostic imaging applications in a hybrid work environment.
In this role, you will liaise with departments for the implementation of new radiology applications and ensure the smooth operation of systems. Your extensive experience will guide technical initiatives, ensuring that strategic objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with Imaging Informatics colleagues to drive advancements in diagnostic imaging technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for RIS and PACS systems
• Train staff on diagnostic imaging applications
• Liaise for new technology evaluations and initiatives
• Ensure proactive maintenance of imaging applications
• Implement best practices and programs for improvement
Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in diagnostic imaging IT
• Degree in related discipline or CIIP certification preferred
• Solid knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
