Oversee high-quality production as a Night Shift Processing Supervisor. Ensure safety and compliance while fostering a continuous improvement culture in a fully onsite environment.
This role is essential in managing the performance and safety of the processing team. You will be responsible for coaching staff, improving productivity, and addressing safety hazards actively. Additionally, you will support compliance initiatives, develop performance management plans, and partner with management for effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address safety hazards and communicate solutions
• Support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
• Ensure all procedures are compliant with SOPs
• Lead EHS&S; initiatives as assigned
• Review and approve quality documents
Requirements:
• B.Sc., B.A.Sc., or B. Eng. or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SAP or Pas-X systems
• Ability to manage priorities under deadlines
