Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Smart Office & Building Retrofit Sales Manager located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Sales Manager will lead efforts to identify potential clients, deliver tailored solutions, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, collaborating with technical teams to meet customer needs, and achieving sales targets in the smart building and office retrofit sector.
The role also involves presenting solutions to stakeholders, identifying market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills for managing proposals, contracts, and documentation.
- Basic Accounting knowledge to manage budgets, invoices, and sales reports effectively.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, especially in smart offices or building retrofitting, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM or sales software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to evolving market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
