Enhance customer experiences as a Technical Account Manager. Focus on optimizing engineering environments with advanced software while ensuring customer satisfaction across the Americas.
In this pivotal role, you'll act as the primary technical advisor for assigned accounts. Your responsibilities include onboarding, training, and enabling customers with effective use of software solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, maintain documentation, and provide insights that support customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main technical contact for assigned customers
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of solutions
• Diagnose issues and coordinate resolutions with teams
• Conduct technical discovery for sales opportunities
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and evaluations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• Experience with CAD, CAE, or PLM software
• Background in shipbuilding or advanced engineering
• Solid communication skills for technical topics
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements
