This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Saskatoon, SK. Primarily remote work with occasional travel to the office and client sites may be an option for the right candidate, but strong preference will be given to local candidates. If so, we're seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and projects. As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to lead and support a variety of electrical engineering initiatives across different sectors. From concept to execution, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business success. Responsibilities





Design and Development : Lead the design and development of electrical systems, components, and products from concept through to production. Utilize industry‑standard software and tools to create detailed schematics, drawings, and specifications. Project Electrical Leadership : Take ownership of projects electrical deliverables and coordination from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Share best practices, facilitate knowledge transfer, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Testing and Validation : Oversee testing and validation activities to verify the functionality, performance, and safety of electrical systems and components. Analyze test results and implement design modifications as necessary. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical engineering practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross‑functional teams,



including mechanical engineers and project managers, to integrate electrical systems with other components and subsystems. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Canadian P.Eng designation. 4-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design, development, and project leadership. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and analysis tools. Strong understanding of electrical principles, including circuit theory, power distribution, and sequence components. Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., CSA, NEC, IEC, UL). Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high‑quality solutions on time and within budget. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. $83,000 – $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience RRSP Matching:

Company‑matched contributions up to 5% Bonus:
