Lead a dynamic team as a Service Manager in equipment maintenance. You’ll focus on enhancing technician performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring equipment is efficiently maintained and repaired.
As a key figure in operations, you’ll motivate and coach Service Technicians to exceed performance standards. Your role involves working closely with management to build a profitable branch through exceptional service and maintenance excellence. You will also manage costs, oversee the parts department, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and coach technicians to improve quality
• Staff location based on skills and workload
• Manage R&M;, P&L;, and budgets




• Oversee service performance metrics and continuous improvement
• Evaluate team performance and provide training
Requirements:
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• Valid driver’s license with positive record
• 5 years service and maintenance experience
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
