This is a 4‑month work term starting September 2026.

Responsibilities

Provide support to business partners, project teams and subject matter experts by executing project plans that enable communication strategies.

Work with business partners to coordinate approvals and translations for content and design.

Produce and maintain client‑facing content, including brochures, public site content (Intelli‑Response FAQs), and in‑app/platform messages.

Create content and messaging in the appropriate voice and tone that aligns to strategic initiatives.

Maintain appropriate project records and information; report to management and others on project status and updates.

Provide event support and help the team achieve its strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

Majoring in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Technical Writing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.





Proficiency in clear communication about complex projects.

Excellent problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated ability to think strategically and synthesize information quickly.

Able to leverage technology, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Yammer, and able to offer creative ideas to tell a story or convey a message.

Acts with speed, innovation, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism with a client‑centric and colleague‑centric approach.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbally) to a broad audience.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and sometimes ambiguous workplace.

Ability to independently manage deadlines while multitasking between different projects.
