Drive payroll processes as a Senior Payroll Administrator in the manufacturing sector. Focus on multi-jurisdiction compliance and complex payroll management across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Honduras.
In this full time role, you will ensure accurate payroll processing while adhering to regulations in multiple countries. Key responsibilities include managing payroll journal entries, administering benefit programs, and conducting regular audits. A detail-oriented professional is needed to handle employee data management and respond to inquiries in collaboration with HR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Administer bonus and commission structures
• Manage payroll-related journal entries and reconciliations




• Prepare and file statutory remittances
• Coordinate with external partners in Mexico and Honduras
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience in manufacturing
• Payroll certification is required
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll regulations
• Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP, NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
