Job Summary The Solar Project Manager is responsible for coordinating project execution across scheduling, procurement, site readiness, and project cost control for Paradigm Solar. This role owns the master install schedule and helps ensure sold work is transitioned into delivered work with clear execution plans, organized purchasing, accurate vendor coordination, and disciplined reporting. Reporting to the Interim Director – Solar, the manager works closely with the Commercial Manager and Technical Manager to support efficient project delivery, strong communication, and profitable execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the master install schedule for active solar projects.Coordinate install sequencing in alignment with labour availability, materials, technical requirements, and site readiness.Develop and maintain project execution plans from project handoff through completion.Issue purchase orders and coordinate procurement timing to support project delivery requirements.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to confirm orders, shipping timelines, and material deliveries.Track material delivery status and identify procurement risks that may affect installation schedules.Monitor project budgets versus actual costs and prepare regular costing, schedule, and variance reports.Coordinate site readiness requirements with internal teams, field leadership, clients, and external stakeholders as needed.Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Technical Manager to support smooth handoffs from sold work to delivered work.Provide regular project updates and elevate schedule, cost,
procurement, and execution risks in a timely manner.Support continuous improvement in scheduling, procurement, reporting, and project controls.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in project management, project coordination, or operations management within construction, solar, electrical, or related industries.Strong scheduling, procurement, and project administration capability.Experience tracking budgets, preparing cost reports, and monitoring project performance.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects at once.Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive approach to identifying risks and solutions.Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and project tracking systems.Experience in solar, electrical, or construction environments is considered a strong asset.Work EnvironmentWork performed in a combination of office, remote meetings, and active project site environments.Regular coordination with vendors, project teams, and field operations is required.Travel to project sites may be required, along with occasional extended hours to support project deadlines and delivery needs.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Benefits package following eligibility requirements.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Team‑building activities and company initiatives.A collaborative, cutting-edge work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
