Banking Consulting - nCino Manager - Delivery Accenture – Full‑time – Mid‑Senior level – Strategy/Planning and Consulting – Business Consulting and Services

Key Responsibilities Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions. Manage wholesale credit systems implementation for a workstream including scope, cost, schedule and resources. Develop next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings. Help define the value of a transformation and measure success. Facilitate design‑thinking and customer‑journey workshops to support transformation roadmap. Build strong relationships with clients, extending beyond individual projects and engaging C‑suite stakeholders. Drive thought leadership, asset development and intellectual capital.



Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities and support business development through proposals and SOWs.

Qualifications 5+ years relevant experience in professional services firm with broad engagement management and business development background. 3+ years demonstrable experience leading delivery of nCino projects. Experience leading teams and managing resources on complex commercial credit transformation programs. Robust banking industry experience in business, commercial or corporate lending segments. Demonstrated technology expertise across the end‑to‑end wholesale credit lifecycle (sales, origination, fulfillment, portfolio monitoring). Commercial lending platform expertise (e.g., nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, ACBS). Effective communication in English; travel required. University degree required.

Bonus Points French speaking preferred. nCino/Salesforce certifications. Advanced degree or financial industry certification. Banking industry and/or system certifications. Experience delivering banking projects on time.
