Launch your nursing career confidently in the Graduate Nurse Transition Program. This program offers a supportive 12-month pathway for new Registered Nurses to grow and thrive in varied practice settings.
As a new RN, you will benefit from a structured education plan designed to build your skills and competence. You’ll start with Enhanced Orientation, paired with an experienced guide, and then smoothly transition to independent practice with ongoing mentorship. This role emphasizes protected, high-quality, patient-centered care in diverse community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services to patients and families
• Assist in developing personalized learning plans
• Support health promotion and maintenance initiatives




• Teach and counsel patients regarding their health needs
• Uphold safety and well-being standards in all practices
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completion
• Registration eligibility with College of Registered Nurses
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Graduated within the last 12 months
• Review specified UNA documents before interview
