In this role, you will lead and shape change strategies that help organizations successfully deliver large-scale ERP programs, enabling adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business outcomes.As a Manager, you will play a critical role inleading end-to-end change workstreamswithin complex SAP programs, advising senior client stakeholders, and managing project teams. You will bring deep expertise in ERP change management, organizational readiness, and SAP transformation programs, while contributing to the growth of our practice and the development of our people.Our multidisciplinary team supports organizations as they modernize systems, transform processes, and prepare their workforce for digital change. We combinestrategic insight, practical delivery, and strong collaborationto help clients realize value from their ERP investments. At EY, you will be supported in advancing your leadership capabilities, expanding your expertise, and building long-term client relationships.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead ERP Change & Transformation ProgramsLead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, transformation outcomes, and program milestones.Own and drive business readiness and adoption across the ERP project lifecycle, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, communications, training, and adoption support key transformation milestones.Organizational Readiness & Workforce StrategyAssess organizational and workforce impacts of ERP programs and lead the design of workforce transition, skill, and capability strategies to support successful adoption.Guide clients through organizational readiness, behavioral change, and role evolution resulting from SAP-enabled transformations.Senior Stakeholder & Client ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to client leadership,
managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing clear, strategic guidance on change and adoption risks.Lead executive-level discussions, workshops, and decision forums related to ERP change and transformation.Delivery Excellence & Risk ManagementEnsure high-quality delivery of change deliverables, including change plans, communication strategies, engagement roadmaps, training approaches, and business readiness activities.Monitor progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to support on-time and effective delivery.Lead, coach, and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Work closely with cross-functional teams (technology, business, program management) to ensure integrated delivery across ERP programs.Business Development & Practice GrowthLead and contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, solution design, and client pursuits.Identify opportunities to expand ERP change and transformation services and support the growth of long-term client relationships.Contribute to the evolution of EY’s ERP change methodologies, tools, and thought leadership.Skills and Attributes for SuccessExperience deliveringchange management strategies for ERP programs, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, and training.Strong understanding ofSAP ERP systemsand howSAP-enabled process changestranslate into workforce, role, and behavioral impacts across business functions.Strong knowledge ofSAP Activate Methodologyor typical phases of an ERP implementation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead workstreams independently.Excellent facilitation and communication skills,
