Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wills, Estates & Trusts Solicitor to join a growing practice, primarily based in a West Vancouver office. This role offers the prospect to work closely with a senior partner in building and expanding a Wills & Estates practice group within a collaborative and well-established full-service firm.

Responsibilities

- Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements
- Advise clients on estate planning, including business succession planning
- Manage estate administration files, including probate and intestacy matters
- Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and organized client files with strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas when required




- Leverage technology to improve efficiency and client service delivery

Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in wills, estates, and trusts
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Ideally based on the North Shore or with strong ties to the local community
