Drive safety and operational excellence as a Facilities and Health Safety Coordinator. Oversee compliance, daily tasks, and proactive health protocols in a hybrid work environment.
In this role, you'll report to the Senior Manager and ensure the facility remains protected and operationally efficient. Utilize your expertise in health and safety along with facility management to conduct inspections, manage service providers, and maintain logs. You'll lead initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace safety and coordinating related programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily safety checks and equipment verification
• Manage facility operations and coordinate maintenance requests
• Oversee health and safety compliance and inspections




• Train new employees on health and safety protocols
• Facilitate corporate event planning and logistics
Requirements:
• High school leaving certificate required
• 2 years of facilities experience in a warehouse
• 1 year of operational warehouse experience
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
