Become a Lead Estimator, specializing in ICI projects with P3 and Design-Build focus. Work hybrid or remotely while leveraging over a decade of estimating expertise.
In this role, you'll spearhead estimation teams, providing input on costs and budget management for diverse projects. Your responsibilities will encompass directing detailed quantity take-offs, sub-trade negotiations, and ensuring comprehensive project bids reflect safety and compliance standards. As a vital liaison, you'll cultivate relationships with subcontractors and contribute to future business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate estimation teams for projects
• Manage comprehensive cost analysis and budget review
• Supervise documentation for bid processes




• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
• Research and present cost data for management
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in estimating, particularly ICI
• Experience in Design-Build and P3 is advantageous
• Relevant degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Skilled in OST and MS Office applications
• Solid leadership and team collaboration skills
