Play a key role as a Hybrid Coordinator for Development Projects. Drive the application process, manage communications, and enhance stakeholder relationships in land development.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, you'll coordinate development applications while ensuring consistent progress and compliance. Your experience in project management and land development will facilitate effective communication among applicants, City staff, and agencies. Upholding high standards for documentation and timelines is crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate and enforce development application processes • Manage communications with stakeholders and applicants • Maintain accurate records and electronic documentation • Prepare formal notices and facilitate public meetings • Conduct site visits and research land development

Requirements: • Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in relevant field • Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience • Comprehensive knowledge of development processes • Solid interpersonal and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office and development software
