Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Ensuring stations and team members are fully equipped with the right tools, resources, and training.
- Monitoring production quality and ensuring only top-tier products move through your stations.
- Maintaining and improving standard work procedures to support consistency and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance processes, reduce waste, and strengthen safety.
- Providing hands-on coaching and mentorship to both new and experienced staff.
- Ensuring new and transferred employees receive thorough, effective training.
- Supporting team members in developing technical skills, problem-solving capacity, and leadership potential.
- Assisting directly with assembly tasks during bottlenecks or staff shortages.
- Helping streamline materials flow and minimize waste.
- Communicating clearly and consistently to support a high-trust,



collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

We’re Looking For:

- Someone willing to learn our processes and product to become an expert.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to propose practical solutions.
- A respectful, team-centered communication style.
- Experience or education in Lean principles and continuous improvement.
- A proactive mindset and passion for developing others.
- Mechanically inclined individuals that enjoy hands on work.
