What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will:

Lead underwriting operations across personal lines, farm, commercial, and liability

Provide leadership, mentorship, and day‑to‑day support to a strong underwriting team

Guide complex and escalated underwriting decisions with sound judgement and confidence

Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point

Contribute to the evolution of underwriting practices, guidelines, and risk appetite

Monitor portfolio performance, trends, and exposure to support informed decision‑making

Collaborate closely with Claims, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams

Champion continuous improvement across underwriting processes, tools, and workflows

Leverage data, insights, and technology to enhance consistency and decision quality

Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

What You Bring

Progressive underwriting experience across personal lines, farm, commercial, or liability

Leadership experience—whether through direct management or senior‑level guidance





Strong underwriting judgement and a balanced approach to risk

A relationship‑driven mindset with the ability to build trust internally and externally

A collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach with a desire to contribute ideas and improvements

CIP designation (or equivalent experience) is considered a asset
