Job Description

With over 15 years of experience in Home Energy Efficiency productsand services we have become a leading expert in the industry and is looking for aSales Team Lead thatwants to pursue an exciting career in theenergy efficiency space. This position provides optimal lead generation makingsales smooth and straight to the point.

Main responsibilities & highlights

- Lead andmotivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.

- Educateclients on our unique products and services.

- Manage andoptimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a high conversion rate.

- Providetraining and development to the sales team, ensuring they are highly efficientand organized.

- Monitorand report on team performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.

Requirements

- Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken). A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role (Phone sales experience preferred).

- Experiencewith video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

- Self-motivatedand highly organized.

- Strongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Schedule: Weekdays:11:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Potential Compensation: CAD 150K

Work remote: No
