Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll manage relationships with local producers and be responsible for a developing loan portfolio. You’ll work to tailor financing packages to meet your customers’ needs, including both lending and non‑lending products, and help them succeed. You’ll be part of a team that works closely with other departments at FCC, cultivating long‑term partnerships, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of learning, innovation and customer‑centricity.

Required Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field
- Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis,



business development or sales (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
- Valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel for customer meetings
- Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
