Do you want to be part of a new entrepreneurial adventure and help build the next global FinTech, then we might just have the job for you.
Taurus is a global leading digital asset infrastructure provider for banks, corporates and private companies. Using blockchain technology, its platform covers cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, tokenized assets (such as NFTs), digital currencies, and stable coins.
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our quick global growth.
The
Technical Delivery Manager
is the single point of accountability for the technical lifecycle of every client engagement — from supporting the pre-sales team on RFPs and solution design, through integration and go-live, to production stability and long-term enhancements. The role sits in the Solutions team and operates at the intersection of three teams: Pre-Sales, Product Engineering and Customer Success.
On the client side, the Delivery Manager ensures continuity — the same person who scopes the deal is responsible for the client's experience two years later. On the product side, the Delivery Manager bridges between Product and clients: tracking which clients are on which version, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring that releases are properly communicated so no client is caught off guard by a breaking change or a missed update.
Tasks
Own deliverables as a product. Maintain a cohesive package of documentation and technical artifacts necessary for customers install, integrate, and operate Taurus Protect.
Track delivery KPIs: time-to-integration, SLA adherence, incident resolution time, client satisfaction (in coordination with Customer Success), and version coverage per client

Collaborate with Customer Success to align on client status, release follow-up, operational issues, and satisfaction
Coordinate with the Product Engineering team on upcoming releases, ensuring each client is informed and prepared ahead of deployments that affect them
Serve as primary technical escalation point for client CTOs, architects, and integration teams
Lead client onboarding: API design review, SSO/connector setup, technical coordination
Build and execute joint success plans with clients, tracking adoption and milestones through go-live and renewal
Act as Local Manager for administrative matters relating to the Canadian entity
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 3–8 Solutions Engineers in Vancouver

5-8+ years in technical delivery, professional services, or solutions engineering in fintech, banking, or digital assets
3+ years managing cross-functional technical teams

Demonstrated ability to drive creation and maintainance of client-facing deliverables including technical artifacts and documentation

Hands‑on familiarity with REST APIs, SSO, database, containers and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Working knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
Fluency in Agile at scale — PMP, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe — and tooling such as Jira and Confluence
Strong ability to work across team boundaries — coordinating with Product, pre-sales, and Customer Success without direct authority over those teams
Experience embedding regulatory compliance into delivery — AML/KYC, MiCA/Travel Rule, FINMA requirements, ISO 27001 / ISAE 3402 a plus
PMP, SAFe certification a plus
AWS/Azure Solutions Architect a plus
Highly autonomous, curious, and focused on outcomes and client success.
Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.
