What You’ll OwnServe as the primary day-to-day contact for your client portfolio. You own the relationship. When they need something, you're the first call they make. Lead client calls, status meetings, and presentations. Translate vision into direction the team can execute on. Push clients and the internal team to go beyond the brief. Good enough isn't the standard here. Stay current on what's happening in your clients' categories, the broader digital and creative space, and AI technology. Bring that intelligence into the work. Bring ideas to the table that clients didn't ask for and can't say no to.

Track actuals, flag variances, and keep scope in check. Build and present proposals, statements of work, and budget reconciliations. Manage workflow across projects.
