Your Opportunity BDO Digital is looking for a

Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant

to join our growing Dayforce consulting practice, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce WFM.

Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go‑live and Post Go‑live.

Collect, document and validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality.

Configure Ceridian Dayforce to meet client functional requirements.

Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green.

Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.

Train client staff so they can perform day‑to‑day activities confidently.

Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.

Identify best practices and lessons learned; document and share internally and with Ceridian.

Complete current release training as needed and be an expert on Ceridian Dayforce.

Experience and Education

2+ years of Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience with a focus on Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) functionality.

Understanding of common payroll and HCM business practices.

Business process mapping experience.

Relationship management and consulting acumen – asking the right question to design the right solution.

Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions.

Managing multiple implementations and engaging with clients simultaneously.

Ceridian certification is an asset.

Change Management experience is an asset.

Understanding and developing relational databases and SQL is an asset.

Self‑motivated, articulate and able to engage audiences.

Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000 to $128,000.
