Enhance property management accuracy as a Property Accountant. Manage full-cycle accounting and generate financial reports for residential and mixed-use portfolios with a focus on time-sensitive decisions.
In this role, you'll oversee the financial operations for a diverse property portfolio. Your responsibilities include timely production of monthly statements, thorough account reconciliation, and monthly operating cost adjustments. Collaboration with clients and site teams is essential to ensure effective cash flow management and tenant invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle accounting for properties
• Produce timely monthly financial statements
• Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts
• Ensure accurate tax remittance and reporting
• Complete year-end tenant billing adjustments
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in property accounting
• Enrollment in CPA program
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus
• Explicit criminal background check required
