What You'll Do

- Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with care and quality to achieve on‑time delivery to customers.
- Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensures that selected products are of the highest quality (no damaged items, freshest product selection, etc.).
- Documents and labels all orders correctly through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space‑productive manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and service, including resolving issues as needed.
- Adheres to safety and food hygiene standards, maintains a clean and hygienic work area, promptly cleans spills and debris, ensures totes are clean and debris‑free before packing,



operates material handling equipment safely, and completes safety pre‑inspections before use.
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, and safety or quality improvements; demonstrates flexibility to meet daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00.
