Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate organization-wide employee events for 300+ participants • Plan and deliver recognition initiatives like Coffee Roulette • Ensure high-quality logistics for hybrid and in-person meetings • Collaborate on content development for employee engagement • Track participation data for continuous improvement
Requirements: • 2-3 years of event coordination experience • Background in human resources or communications preferred • Training in employee engagement and diversity an asset • Robust organizational skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in standard office technology
