Position Summary To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You’ll Do

Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.

Assisting in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.

Assessing the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.

Delegating, assisting, and following up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.

Supporting with scheduling as needed.

Assigning Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.





Participating in the training and development of the General Merchandise and Fashion Associates, and providing feedback as needed.

Contributing to a safe, clean and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.

Age – 16 or older
