Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Injury Lawyer. The position involves managing a caseload of personal injury cases, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court or during mediation. The role also includes building strong client relationships, ensuring timely progression of cases,



and maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Personal Injury law, case assessment, and claims evaluation
- Proficient in Legal Research, drafting contracts, and preparing pleadings
- Strong Negotiation and Mediation skills to support favorable client outcomes
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines effectively
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining professional and timely communication
- Licensed and in positive standing with the relevant state bar association
- Knowledge of case management software and legal technology tools is a plus
