About the Role

You will orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our cutting-edge vision to deliver best‑in‑class AI at scale and transform key business processes related to negotiating and handling contracts.

Responsibilities

- Product Leadership & Collaboration : Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to the business needs of a diverse set of enterprise customers. Establish strong relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to execute the vision and roadmap. Partner with the data science team to influence product decisions and collaborate closely with domain experts and external collaborators.
- Product Development : Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies to address major company challenges. Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback. Articulate monetization strategies and execute within Evisort’s portfolio to achieve business goals.
- Market Analysis : Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader legal tech landscape.

About You

Basic Qualifications for Senior Product Manager





- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Domain expertise in generative AI, with a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies for generative AI‑powered solutions.
- Experience building and launching generative AI products, proficiency with LLMs and other generative models.

Basic Qualifications for Product Manager

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Domain expertise in generative AI, with a proven track record of assessing market opportunities and defining product strategies for generative AI‑powered solutions.
- Experience building and launching generative AI products, proficiency with LLMs and other generative models.

Other Qualifications

- Deep domain expertise in generative AI and translating that into product strategy.
- Extensive experience building and launching generative AI products.
- Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products.
- Start‑up founder experience with a proven track record of bringing “0‑to‑1” features to market (asset).
- Domain knowledge in law, contract management, or management consulting, or a degree in law (bonus).
- Knowledge of legal contracts, clause types, and key data points.
- Technical background a plus; familiarity with LLMs, machine learning frameworks, and tools relevant to legal applications.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

- Primary Location: CAN.BC.Vancouver
- Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $162,800 – $244,200 CAD
- Additional CAN Locations Base Pay Range: $162,800 – $244,200 CAD
