This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Job Description

Leads a team implementing digital strategies to maximize commercial value from digital assets, driving and growing digital share, deposits, and profitability across Canadian Personal Banking.

Delivers digital sales targets, including achieving 50% digital simple sales, $110 million in revenue for deposits, and $70 million in revenue for credit card sales, while improving performance of digital assets to propel business results.

Supports digital and CPB leaders in developing digital‑first sales strategies aligned to quarterly priorities.

Builds strong relationships with CPB senior leaders to enable agile decisions and maximize returns on digital investments and capacity.

Creates and mobilizes cross‑functional teams (Marketing, AI2, Business) to drive performance management.

Owns digital shopping and buying strategy, funnel management, and day‑2 delivery of sales targets.

Defines annual digital shopping and buying OKRs, reporting, and forecasts.

Influences CPB digital and distribution strategy and prioritizes capacity across digital shopping and buying.

Influences digital marketing and CPB P&L; acquisition strategies.

Aligns roadmaps with Leads of Digital Strategy,



Planning & Partnerships and Customer Platform teams.

Provides an enterprise view of CPB digital strategy using Performance & Insights.

Develops and owns the Digital Dashboard (key metrics, Marketing/D&A; inputs, channel/product cost to acquire/serve, engagement).

Ensures industry benchmarks and Customer Success driven enhancements.

Drives and monitors digitally assisted sales fulfilled across channels for a seamless experience.

Drives ONE TD digital enablement to improve CX by unifying views across products and segments.

Provides embedded digital analytics outcomes.

Tracks online and mobile performance metrics.

Defines product‑ and transaction‑level SLAs.

Sets digital adoption, sales, self‑serve transaction, and primacy goals; tracks performance to plan.

Optimizes digital sales and service funnel performance.

Capabilities & Qualifications

Digital strategy and design thought leadership.

Influences across a large, complex matrix and drives executive‑level decisions.

Business acumen: understands key levers that drive superior results.

Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, business model, and balance between expansive product knowledge across the Bank's lines of businesses.

People leader who works effectively with speed in a rapid‑paced team environment while simultaneously aligning diverse stakeholders and managing a high‑performing, diverse team.
