Reporting directly to the Director of People & Safety, your expertise will guide the development and implementation of pivotal training solutions. You’ll serve as an essential asset in assessing training requirements, ensuring personnel readiness, and maintaining high education standards for Fleet Renewal operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide development of training programs for recent vessels • Manage comprehensive training delivery across environments • Conduct needs analysis for operational readiness • Assess and propose innovative training methods • Partner with enterprise learning to align training

Requirements: • Degree in Education, Adult Learning, or related • 6+ years experience in educational program design • Experience as Learning Designer or Training Specialist • Strong foundation in Adult Learning principles • Relevant education and experience combinations accepted
