This temporary role focuses on forecasting call volumes and managing short- to long-term capacity in the contact center. You will engage in project analyses, identify performance improvement opportunities, and communicate regularly with stakeholders. Your expertise will provide essential support for workforce planning and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast long-term resource needs for call centers
• Manage day-to-day contact center operations
• Maintain communication and updates with stakeholders
• Identify and recommend performance enhancements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or relevant field
• 5+ years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of IEX or similar workforce planning software
• Proficient in Office Suite, especially advanced Excel
• Advanced knowledge of database and performance reporting tools
