Lead residential and commercial construction projects as a detail-oriented Project Manager. Oversee project planning, subcontractor management, and ensure timely execution while upholding quality and safety standards.

In this role, you will manage diverse construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. At least 5 years of project management experience in both residential and commercial sectors is essential. You will coordinate with clients, manage schedules and budgets, and develop strong relationships with subcontractors to drive successful project outcomes.

• Oversee execution of townhouse and apartment projects • Manage tendering and construction phases effectively • Execute cost estimating and budgeting tasks • Develop relationships with sub-trades and suppliers • Mentor junior team members to achieve best practices
