Performance Marketing & Analytics Assistant The Performance Marketing & Analytics Assistant owns Harbour Air's marketing tracking infrastructure, including UTM governance, tag management, and pre‑launch QA across all digital channels. This role ensures the integrity of campaign measurement by maintaining clean data collection, auditing attribution discrepancies, and translating performance data into actionable insights that support commercial decision‑making and revenue performance.

Responsibilities and Expectations Performance Reporting
Maintain marketing performance dashboards across paid, CRM, and owned channels.
Compile weekly and monthly performance summaries across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, CRM, and website analytics.
Track key metrics including impressions, CTR, CPA, conversions, and revenue impact.
Aggregate data from multiple platforms into unified reports.
Support campaign‑level performance summaries and post‑campaign analysis.
Assist in building automated reporting workflows.
Campaign Tracking & Data Support
Own UTM governance across all marketing campaigns, enforcing tagging standards, naming conventions, and tracking structures across paid, CRM, and owned channels.
Manage tag implementation and configuration using Google Tag Manager or equivalent, ensuring accurate data collection across all digital touchpoints.
Lead pre‑launch QA for all campaigns, validating tracking parameters, UTMs, pixels, and conversion events before go‑live.
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve attribution discrepancies, data gaps, or tracking failures.
Maintain standardized naming conventions and tracking documentation across all platforms.
Data Quality & Governance
Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all marketing platforms and reporting tools.
Monitor data integrity across CRM, paid media, and analytics platforms.
Assist in identifying and resolving tracking or reporting discrepancies.
Support implementation of data governance standards and documentation.
Ensure consistent data structures and naming conventions.
Cross‑Functional Support & Additional Responsibilities
Work with CRM, paid media, and digital teams to support campaign tracking and reporting needs.
Assist with ad hoc analysis requests and performance investigations.
Provide technical support for major campaigns and commercial initiatives.
Support the Manager, Marketing with reporting and analysis tasks as required.
Contribute to a collaborative, transparent, and high‑performance commercial team culture.
Carry out additional tasks or projects as required.
Ideal Experience
1–3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or data‑related roles.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is required, including event configuration, attribution modelling, and custom reporting.
Experience with a tag management system (Google Tag Manager or equivalent) is required.
Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve attribution discrepancies across paid, owned, and CRM channels.
Familiarity with UTM governance frameworks and pre‑launch tracking QA processes.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Experience with CRM, paid media, or marketing automation platforms considered an asset.
Solid analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Education
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field preferred.
Critical Capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is desirable.
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and experience with social media management tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute innovative ideas to marketing and communications projects.
