Lead the advancement of safety and sustainability initiatives as a Manager in a hybrid workplace. Focus on environmental compliance, radiation safety, and biological protocols while shaping organizational change.
This management role oversees the strategic direction of safety programs across multiple sites. Key responsibilities ensure compliance with international and governmental standards, drive operational efficiency, and prioritize personnel safety. You will manage high-risk operational areas and collaborate with corporate teams to cultivate a proactive culture of sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee environmental and energy program integration
• Manage national Radiation and Biological Safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with stringent regulations and protocols




• Conduct inspections and develop safety training
• Facilitate awareness and contract management for sustainability
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Environmental Management required
• 7–10 years in Sustainability, Radiation or Biosafety
• RSO-1 or similar certification preferable
• In-depth knowledge of safety legislation
• Experience within a GMP environment is an asset
