Reporting to the Senior Director, you'll coach Practice Managers and drive performance through effective team development. Your focus on operational efficiency, patient care, and financial acumen will ensure growth and success across practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop Practice Managers and Practice Leads • Set clear performance expectations aligned with OKRs • Champion a patient-first culture for high-quality care • Analyze KPIs for revenue and operational improvements • Conduct regular practice visits to optimize standards
Requirements: • Proven multi-unit management experience in healthcare or dental • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Valid driver's license with extensive travel willingness
