We are seeking a seasoned, people-first leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director, People & Culture. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader who is clear, confident, and approachable to shape the future of our workforce and culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Leadership team, you will lead the organization’s people strategy, aligning workforce planning, leadership development, and culture with operational goals and long‑term growth. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and risk.

This role is ideal for a team-oriented senior leader passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, comfortable working in the grey, and creating a workplace where people feel valued and supported.

What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership & Workforce Planning

- Lead people strategies that support growth, efficiency, and cultural alignment
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, structure, and risk
- Provide guidance on succession planning and long‑term talent strategy

Leadership & Talent Development

- Strengthen leadership capability through coaching and development
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Champion learning, growth, and career progression

Culture & Employee Experience

- Foster a culture of respect, accountability,



and continuous improvement
- Lead engagement initiatives to strengthen retention
- Support leaders in employee relations with fairness and integrity

Compensation & Workforce Sustainability

- Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Support employee wellbeing and organizational sustainabilityContribute to workforce budgeting and planning

Operational Excellence

- Lead and develop the People & Culture team
- Optimize HR systems and processes for scalability
- Use data to inform decisions and continuous improvement

What You Bring

- 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience
- Degree in HR (or equivalent) with CPHR designation
- Experience advising executive teams on workforce strategy and organizational design
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at all levels
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and organizational development
- A leadership style that is confident, decisive, and compassionate
