Key aspects include supervising dental receptionists and certified dental assistants, collaborating in team efforts, and enhancing service delivery through effective feedback and policy development. You will engage with interdisciplinary teams to address client needs and improve overall teamwork, ensuring optimal operation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise dental assistants and receptionists' activities
• Manage recruitment, training, and evaluations




• Ensure completion of monthly reports and audits
• Promote oral health through outreach and education
• Provide onsite support at various clinic locations
Requirements:
• 3 years clinical supervisory experience in dental
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of PHIPA and PIPEDA regulations
• Organizational skills for task prioritization
