In this pivotal role, you will define mechanical solutions that meet thermal, stiffness, and serviceability requirements. Collaborate closely with systems, electronics, and firmware engineers, while producing detailed designs using SolidWorks. Your expertise will be essential in integrating mechanical components with critical sensors and PCBs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative design concepts for analytical systems • Define performance-oriented mechanical architectures • Create detailed designs and manufacturing drawings • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams • Execute FEA and engineering analysis for optimization
Requirements: • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks mechanical design • Understanding of GD&T; and tolerance standards • Experience conducting FMEA and participating in reviews • Knowledge of materials and environmental considerations • Ability to support the transition from design to production
