This role is pivotal in providing general support in office administration. You'll greet clients, handle inquiries, and maintain directories to direct visitors effectively. Responsibilities also include sorting communications, managing couriers, and maintaining office supply levels to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests in person or via phone
• Maintain directories to direct visitors accurately
• Sort and forward faxes and emails appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier tasks
• Order and maintain office supplies efficiently
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of administrative or office experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable work ethic
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
