Auto / ICBC Insurance Advisor – Multiple Locations (Lower Mainland, BC) AMC Insurance Brokers Salary CA$23.00 – CA$29.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Plus commission / incentive structure for top performance

Locations We have open positions in multiple offices across the Lower Mainland: North Vancouver, Surrey, Vancouver, Yaletown, and more. Please indicate preferred locations in your application.

What You’ll Do

Handle all ICBC / Autoplan transactions: new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations

Use ICBC’s Policy Center for batching and adjustments

Recommend insurance options tailored to client needs

Meet and exceed branch / personal sales targets

Maintain client files and documentation accurately

Stay current with ICBC rules, industry changes, and compliance

Collaborate with the team to streamline processes

What We’re Looking For

BC Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 preferred or in progress)

At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in ICBC / Autoplan

Comfortable navigating Policy Center, batching, endorsements

Strong communication, sales orientation, and customer service skills

Detail‑oriented and adaptable

Additional asset: bilingual (English + another language), personal lines or commercial insurance experience
