Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive legal advice, representation, and advocacy. As a key member of Clark Woods LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients in a variety of practice areas, including family law, real estate law, estate planning, and civil litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in negotiations,



mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about developments in relevant areas of law and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

- LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more practice areas relevant to Clark Woods LLP's focus.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favourable outcomes.
